E0028 – Warren Cummins – Northern Cuisine

For Episode 28 of the A Story Not Forgotten Podcast, Liam sits down with Warren Cummins, a fellow distinguished gentleman he met through the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, when Warren offered up his sidecar as a rolling camera platform for the event. But there is so much more to Warren than just a cool bike. He shares a story of a research trip in the far North and the sorts of cuisine (and practical jokes) that you find out on the tundra…

E0022 – Leftovers

On this episode of the A Story Not Forgotten podcast Liam speaks with Lourdes Juan, founder of a not-for-profit called the Leftovers Foundation. Every year in Canada, we throw away over $31 Billion worth of perfectly good food. This has been a huge problem for many years, but this Calgarian entrepreneur is stepping up with a solution. Working with organizations like Cobs Bread and Starbucks, along with more than 200 volunteers in Calgary & Edmonton, they redirect more than 4,000 pounds of food each week to organizations that help to get that food where it is needed most.
